You may also call the school's inclement weather hotline at 978-443-1080, ext 3. This information can also be found on the district web site at http://www.sudbury.k12.ma.us/. Information regarding school closings/delays is made available after 6 a.m. It is important for you to know that it is the responsibility of parents to check news media or call the weather line to find out school closing/delay information. Thank you for checking these sources during any inclement weather event.

Additionally, there is no Breakfast Program on delay mornings. Since our kitchen staff must begin preparations for our lunches in the morning, we are not able to serve late breakfast on delay mornings.

Regarding kindergarten and preschool, we have morning classes on a one-hour delay day; however, when we have a two-hour delay, the morning sessions are canceled. A special note is made with the delay message when these morning programs are canceled as well.

As a reminder, our regular student drop off time is from 8:45 -8:55 a.m. On a one-hour delay, students may arrive no earlier than 9:45 a.m. On a two-hour delay day, students may arrive no earlier than 10:45 a.m. There is no supervision for children before these start times. For the safety of your children, it is important that you do not drop off your children early.  They will not be allowed in the building before 8:45, 9:45 or 10:45 a.m. as the situation dictates.

Thank you for your cooperation in following these guidelines.
