(“Constant Contact”)

The Sudbury Public Schools are constantly seeking more efficient and timely ways to keep in contact.  Since this will be a key communication tool for getting emergency or time sensitive information to you, we ask your cooperation to ensure that any changes in your email address or directory information are updated in this system. You are able (and actually expected) to make any changes yourself. 

By clicking on the Constant Contact/UpdateProfile/E-Mail Address Button on each school's web site and on the homepage of the district web site, you will be prompted to enter new information or to revise existing information.  

In the future, you will receive periodic email specific to your interests (schools, grade level information, etc.)  This communication system plays an important role in providing you with basic information and updates from the Sudbury schools and the district.  It also provides a key means for communicating emergency information to you on a timely basis.  Please be aware that any emergency notice or time-sensitive message will contain "URGENT" in the subject line.  School personnel will include this phrase only when absolutely necessary.

You may verify and register your email address and other pertinent information by going to the district website http://www.sudbury.k12.ma.us/ and clicking on the prompt, Sign up for email messages from the Sudbury Public Schools, at the top of the page.  Please also add separately add any other email addresses at which you wish to receive communication.  You will be asked to select the school(s) you wish to receive notifications from as well as the name(s) of your student(s).  You also will be asked to enter the year of your student(s)’ graduation from high school.  For example, the first grade is the class of 2020. This information will allow us to target e-blasts to specific grade levels. 

Please note that the PTO will continue to maintain its own e-blast system, but that school initiated contacts will come through Constant Contact.  Therefore, it is critical that you sign up to ensure that you do not miss any urgent or emergency emails.   Please take the time to register your family so that we can stay in constant contact.
